Last night we kicked off our 4-part summer series of Escape Adulthood LIVE, sharing an easy-to-implement game plan to make this your #BestSummerEver.

We also announced the big news that my first-ever children's book, The Penguin Who Flew, is now available for pre-order!

It's an inspiring book about a persistent little penguin with an impossible dream. It will be released on September 12, 2025, but you can get some cool bonus goodies if you pre-order it now!
