Happy Thanksgiving Hangover, Reader!

I hope you had a great one, however you celebrated. As you know, today is what they call Black Friday, the magical time of year when we are all supposed to max out our credit cards.

I have always hated feeling the pressure to bombard you with sales pitches. That's the artist in me. On the other hand, I am running a business, and this really is a major time of year when people are looking for gifts. And the birthdays of all three of my kids fall between November 30th and December 19th, so I know that the pressure to find something good is real.

But I also know how cool it feels to watch someone open something...different, and with eyes wide and mouth agape, ask, "Where in the world did you get this?!"

So let me suggest that you consider our brand new Build-Your-Own Adultitis First Aid Kit. We sold one like it back in the day, but it was a one-size-fits-all affair. Now, half the fun is deciding what you want us to include. The variety makes it perfect for lots of people on your list. (See me resisting the Black Friday pull toward hyperbole by not saying "all the people on your list!" 🀣)

You pick out the perfect goodies, and we do all the work, lovingly packing it all into a fun red box:

Each Kit starts at just $49. Granted, it's not eligible for Amazon Prime, but if you spend $75 or more, shipping is just 25Β’.

"The Adultitis First Aid kit I recently gifted to a long-time friend was well-received. She loved the β€œLayers of FUN!” and shared some of her kit with others in her work area to spread the positivity. She had recently extracted herself from a toxic work environment and was still feeling the grief of having to move on from a place that turned out to be less than her dream job. The kit was most helpful in assisting her to see the benefits of blooming where she is now planted. Thanks again for offering this!"
–Mary E.

Stay young and stay fun,

P.S.

I may not be a huge Black Friday fan, but we do love Purple Tuesday around here. Next Tuesday, for one day only, we'll be giving you a chance to go back in time and purchase any Mini*Print that's currently retired! πŸ’œ

Meanwhile, here are some other cool things from our store...

I am a professional reminder-er and permission granter who moonlights as an artist, author, and speaker. I enjoy Star Wars, soft t-shirts, and brand new tubes of paint. My wife Kim and I homeschool our three weird kids and live in Wisconsin, where we eat way too many cheese curds.

Special Issue πŸ‹ Happy Small Business Saturday, Reader! Yes, it's me again with another sales pitch that's doing it wrong. You see, apprently I'm supposed to bombard you with 125% off coupons to convince you to buy, buy, BUY! Sorry. We don't do a lot of discounts around here, any time of the year. There are no doorbusters, because we really are a small business. It's just the five of us, plus Jenna and Rachel. We just make things we hope you'll like, things to help you fight Adultitis, bring a...

Greetings from Sheboygan, where I have finally completed uploading all my artwork to the new portfolio section, which allows you to dynamically view my art by topic, series, and keyword, and read the story behind each piece. Now I can wait to add some new work! In the process of redesigning our website, I came across a great reminder I thought was worth sharing with you today. Andre Cassagnes,...
